About Open Door

Open Door Consultancy helps project teams understand community readiness before public concerns become avoidable conflict. We work with site consultants, developers, companies, EDOs and state and local governments at two critical points in the project lifecycle: before a site is selected, and after one is committed.

We are not a traditional PR or marketing firm. Most agencies focus on making a project visible. We focus on the earlier work that helps make it viable: understanding local sentiment, stakeholder dynamics, acceptance conditions, community priorities, and the trust risks that can shape whether a project moves forward with credibility.
